Take advantage of discounted membership dues of $40 to join or renew GSPA membership for the 2018-2019 academic year! Simply fill out this form by Aug. 31, 2018. Memberships for additional advisers from the same school are $10.

GSPA invites advisers and student staff members from all publication and production types who are interested in presenting at the 2018 Fall Conference to submit their ideas for consideration. The submission deadline is Sept. 7.

Energetic and engaged students interested in expanding their leadership skills, bringing a new vision and shaping GSPA are invited to apply for the 2018-19 Student Advisory Board. Applications are due Sept. 5.

Lucia Bermudez, co-editor-in-chief of Odyssey Media Group at Clarke Central High School in Athens, Georgia, has been named the 2018 Georgia Champion Journalist by the Georgia Scholastic Press Association and the Journalism Education Association. The award recognizes the top high school senior journalist in the state.
