Conference theme concept by GSPA Ambassadors Alex Taylor, Union Grove High School, and Camilla O'Connell, McIntosh High School "As journalists, we must strive to get the whole story rather than just a single perspective. Seeing the world from other people’s vantage points may just be the solution to some of our problems,” said Taylor. art by GSPA Graduate Assistant Anna Parel

More than 800 students and teachers from 41 schools across the state attended GSPA’s Fall Conference on Oct. 24 at the University of Georgia.

The conference featured dozens of sessions covering a wide range of topics, such as student press freedoms, media literacy, behavioral and mental health coverage and many more.
