2025 On-the-Spot Photo Contest winners announced
/Thirty-two entrants explored the theme of “Rhythm” for the On-the-Spot Photography Contest during the 2025 Fall Conference. Certificates and swag will be mailed to advisers. The winners are as follows:
1st Place: Nora Bradshaw, Chestatee High School, The Eagle Yearbook, 11th grade
Judge’s comments: “Such a great shot and caption! We love how you focused on the details, right down to the smallest drop of water. You really managed to show emotion without even needing a face in the frame.”
2nd Place: Iliana Tejada, Clarke Central High School, ODYSSEY Media Group, 11th grade
3rd Place: Lydia Abell, Lakeview Academy, Lioness, 11th grade

2nd place: A Clarke Central High School junior and photography editor for the ODYSSEY Media Group, Iliana Tejada, captures a photo regarding the pattern scripted on the wall as well as the military suit for the 2025 GSPA on-the-spot photography contest on Oct. 28. The theme for this year's contest is Rhythm, rhythm can mean a set of patterns or beats of music that people may sway to or dance.
